I really cant believe you are harping on super voting rights. First off Brav is a small company. It would be wise for any insiders to have the benefit of voting rights as they are growing their company. So Danny is one guy protecting himself. Fine by me. I am not planning on buying up the OS. Are you planning on buying up the OS? is any one out there planning on buying up the OS?
If you are wanting to partner with Bravada and bring a large investment to the table, you can negotiate your terms. If you are a smart business man, you would negotiate a deal that would give you voting rights. Danny will choose if the deal is best for the company or not.
