Read that to yourself again, JFF ... CMR posted their 2010 report. If they're two years behind on their filings and have been de-listed, what do you think that says about their credibility? Why don't you ask CMR investors how they feel about the company? Here's an example of what you'll find:

08-05-12 Re: results desertjoe
"The comments by the Independent Auditor on the 2010 Accounts in my opinion reflect the true position which is just one muggar's buddle of a dungheap at every turn. That's it fellow investors...kiss your mazoomah bye bye. It's a no hoper scenario."

I wish PTQ had definitive evidence of their claim on LomPoy, as I'm sure you do too, but I wouldn't let yourself get too worked up over this. You're comparing a company with almost zero credibility to a company which was in meetings with the Environmental Ministry of Andalucia last month.

See that guy at 0:30 in the video? That's José Juan Díaz Trillo. Up until May 7, 2012, he was the Andalusian Government's Environmental Minister. See that guy at 1:10? That's Pascual Montañés, CEO of PTQ España. Recognize the guy who José Juan Díaz Trillo puts his arm around at 2:11 ... Richard Fifer. That lady at 3:00 is María José Asensio Coto from the Provincial Delegation of Huelva.

I could go on, but you get the point. CMR maintains its claim, but I could claim the deed to Buckingham Palace and it's not going to make any difference if I do. If I had to put money on one of two companies, I'm going to choose the one schmoozing with politicians at press conferences, not the one with a crappy website with no substance to support its claim.

Geez, now that I looked up all that info I realized that I could have just referred you to this PR. Scroll down and you might recognize the people in the photo from the video. I have to admit tho, my favorite part of the video was at 5:39 ... "Lomero-Poyatos Project - Property of Iberian Resources Corp"
