You are right and the MMs just dropped the ask to .0048 but showing only 10,000 shares. SIRG built a base at .0025 and then another one in the .004 to .0048 range. Next it needs to build another base in the .005s, hopefully this week.

Permits being the optimum word, seems like management dropped the ball there. How can someone be in the mining buisness and not know that the permits are non transferable?
