Don't get me wrong because I am pro SIRG but I feel the pps is going to be played by the MM's until some solid news comes out. If you look at SIRG's history that's their pattern. Approved permits = funding = rise in pps in my opinion. Until then it's still an elevator ride. I realize SIRG is under valued but this is reality. MM's are in control for now. Our day is coming.
