A lot more people were fooled by Dial & the Grifco scam than us investors.

Dial had a great story that was based on his years with The Brandt Company. Louis Brandt was instrumntal in building National Oilwell-Varco, one of the really big manufactureres of oilfield products. It was built through acquisitions and that was the experise Dial claimed. It sounded good, until we got to the part where Brandt fired Dial for staling from the Company. He was never charged, so there was easy way for peole to check on his story.

He used his calimed expertise to lure in a lot of people, including Grifith and Swinford. I think that Lyamec and the Barnhills, of Global Oil Tools, bought into the story. I also believe they played along with the scam after they knew it was a scam. They were holding a lot of shares.

Remember all the talk about lining up a rig builder and a casing accessories manufacture to join GFCI in Libya? Tex-tower Visited the rig builder in Midland, TX and they confirmed they were in negotiions with GFCI about Libya. My cousin visted the casing accessories people in Lafayette. tx -tower also talked to the Precission Drillng Co Crw at Adams Ranch.

Tree Top probably also believed the story---for a while.

A lot of people believed in the STORY. We were not alone.
