Deregulating access to capital markets for obscure little companies is such a *bad* idea. Investing in start-ups requires more diligence and professionalism than for big caps, not less.

Nice job! I'd love to know who was in charge of APS's operations in Germany. I don't think it's only servers they have there. But I hadn't realized APS had been using its German-language sites to pump First Quotation Board junk as well as U.S. penny stocks.

There've always been significant numbers of Germans and Belgians playing our penny market; they're all over the message boards. Some poster/promoters from ten years ago or so--"Lord Ernie" and Eddie de Pauw, for example--were quite well-known. I think APS may be working with German boiler room types.

I wonder if perhaps "Mayberry Resources" was going to have something to do with POTG, APS's first venture into Peru. Alas, its website is gone.
