Yup more Panamanian debt holders with the same nominal officers as from past APS companies.

Pretty bad when we can follow one huge dot (Carrillo Huettel) and find the shells set up for future promotions almost a year in advance - even before they are given trading symbols.

The insiders slated to profit off of these P&D shells must be hating this pre-pre exposure - can't be good for their future plans.
