It is very sad when we have one corrupt Judge who was entitled to fix a case that had the potential of a 300 hundred billion dollar and more liability only to realize there was absolutely no recourse

Very well said and it is sad that a Judge on the Bench can come out and say a settlement is F/R only because the criminal who commited the crime is to big to bring to justice......

here we go again... calling federal judges corrupt without any proof - nay - no hint of proof.

The debtors' attorneys are to blame for structuring the settlement the way it happened, not the judge.

Unless, of course, you think a bankruptcy judge has the power to unravel an FDIC seizure.
