Hmm...that really doesn't make much sense. You're assuming the new buyer isn't going to dump them which is doubtful. Especially when he starts to realize there really isn't much going on at SVMI. Why else would someone dump the shares in the first place? The new buyer could easily turn around and start dumping when nothing happens over the next month or so!
