Garvis and Sydney, the sharecount has been running thru my mind all day long trying to figure out if Frank's shares were included in the O/S. I went thru the same calculation and got the same answer. The only place I'm confused is how Frank's preferred shares are intermingled in the O/S. i understand his are not tradeable but part of the O/S.
If the O/S count is 14 billion total....including restricted and Frank's preferred shares and our shares then we should be able to figure out share structure. so, if this is true, Frank would own 53% being 7,420,000,000 shares. 14 billion minus Franks shares equals 6,580,000,000 shares. Subtract the 5.5 billion restricted shares from that and you get 1,080,000,000 shares in the float. if this is correct then nearly the entire float traded today.
bottom line....we won't know until we get the official audited report. if we get a report and it says "unaudited"...you can toss it out the window.
