#136962 RE: howwierd #136959

I've been here since Jerry Hinton was CEO of ADGI. I remember when he voluntarily stepped aside to allow Tim Huff to take over. A friend of mine spoke at length with Jerry, as have others that shared with the board what a good and credible person he was. That's one of the reasons so many of us bought into what Tim claimed he was doing - I bet his dealings even took Jerry by surprise. I personally know of two investors who sold and each lost around $200k - almost cost one his business. I am still very deep in the red but have averaged down.

The last pr was very encouraging to me. I think there is a reasonable chance present management will make these current products into something of value to the market.

I think it may be a good thing that Clark said nothing when he stepped down from COB. My guess is he was asked to move aside because things were not happening fast enough and others had the backbone to confront him and ask for the change. Clark I'm guessing agreed to the change but wasn't happy about losing his position and chose to say nothing as a way of showing disagreement. I really have no idea but if I'm right, it bodes well IMO for the company because some one or more people are determined to make a success of this venture even if it means confronting one of their own.

Hoping/praying for the best.

Trusting in Him,
Bill
