That old saying:

"Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice (or in WDRP's case, more than a dozen times) shame on me"

could have been written with scam stock WDRP specifically in mind.

Incredible that anyone could still give any credibility to a stock with so many broken deadlines, let alone one so firmly linked to the Who's Who of Canadian penny stock scamsters.
