I agree that the merger will be done rather quickly. The IR has stated that the longest it has taken them is a month from start to finish once they have the merger candidate. They have been working on it for a couple weeks now, so I would say that we should hear something in the next two weeks at the latest. We could see filings any day on the specifics of the sale of ASCC which would also help the pps significantly.
