My understanding is that Evader, Corp. is handling the completing of this merger/acquisition as soon as humanly possible even to the point that it will come before the Adequate Disclosure upgrade is completed. I don't know how anyone else took it, but my guess on the merger being done could be as soon as around Friday or possible another week. Either way, no matter how long it takes, I'm holding all my shares, waiting for the announcement and proceeding filings :)

Everything is IMHO, but I firmly believe it so let the fun begin!
