So what happens now that JJN (Judge Jacqueline H. Nguyen)has been 'promoted' to the Fed Cct and Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald is now taking JJN's docket of ~170 docket charges?? Who can answer that? LMK if U can? do we stay on schedule for '7126'? and for those who do not know CV11-7126 is JJN's case (basically on contact)but that is just "nuts'n'bolts" as he knows!
