As my husband likes to remind me "perhaps now Darling might be the time for mothers little helper"

I chose to sign on for the purposes of providing my(limited) opinion and more importantly receiving valuable information regarding SMME.

Wit is a powerful characteristic while sarcasm can be dangerous.

I for one would be sad to see any of my fellow bloggers depart the scene and hope that Shamus will reconsider. There is no denying he/she is well qualified to provide opinion and I for one value their input. I have referred to documents which Shamus makes reference in particluar the 26(F) and am now considering a part time home study course in law.

This is a series of complex procedures and I thank God or his equivalent that we have one of the best Patent attorneys in the country on our side to navigate through its complexities.

As Shamus states in their blog #2056, I too would be interseted to know by those qualified to respond whether the parties can request a another Markmann hearing based on Contact?
