Well, thats plausible but I doubt it.

Why would CHRI want to taint their good name by changing it to Herborium? People read filings you know, serious investors do. Any due diligence performed by a serious investor who is considering taking a position would reveal HBRM antics pre reverse merger.

Clearly you are another HBRM supporter, and thats great, but the serious investors that I know are seeing the red flags clearly.

If somehow CHRI does actually wind up as HBRM I am outtie. Much to the delight of HBRM current shareholders Im sure. Yall can R.I.P at that time but until then I am going with the more pragmatic side of things.

Absolute nonsense.

The only reason you do a reverse merger is to put the operations of a private company into an already-public vehicle. Both entities are already public! Not only that, CHRI already has a more senior listing than HRBM, which is on the pinks.

HBRM is acting as though they will stay independent, or at best is acting as though they are buying some insurance against the deal not going through.

It could also be an acquisition, whereby a company assumes partial or whole ownership of another company and continue its operations.
