Ok then why couldn't CHRI buyout HBRM but keep it in place as an wholly owned sub that is also a public company. Isn't that plausible as well?

I've been with CHRI for some time now. Honestly, I only bought HBRM because of the deal. CHRI has always been up front about everything. They don't talk much but when they do say what they are going to do, they do it. That is why I bought into HBRM.

Their latest PR's list operations in N.J. and St. Louis as well. Anyone know what is going on in St. Louis?
