Thank you for taking your time and making that information available. Being patient is not a normal virtue when it comes to penny stocks but I think we could all use a little more patience for this one as I do think it will pay off in the long run. Just not sure how long :)

So I take it that you did not tell him that you were one that has made the criminal accusation?

SeeYa, THANK YOU. Your willingness to give us your best to help our understanding is greatly appreciated. We all owe you a debt of gratitude.

I know SP is terribly busy, but part of his job as ceo is to communicate clearly with his shareholders. He needs an adequate IR company to represent Tivus. Perhaps it is a money thing, but that is one of the reasons that the company share price is sitting at this miserable level. He would have more money if IR was at an adequate level, and I personally see that as a must.

One thing I would love to have answered: How much money are we getting from the ad insertion in Philly? I hope Host isn't getting a dime of this because they forced a change in Tivus' business plan in order to make them pay $2 million up front to get the system going. Tivus should get all the revenue for now until the $2 million is repaid.

SeeYa, did he mention what ST is doing? I get a little nervous that SP didn't seem to be more forthcoming on what ST was bringing to the table, and I am assuming by his laugh that you got the impression that ST was still with Tivus. I hate to ask that, but I don't want to take anything for granted.

Well, thanks again. You did a great job. R3

SeeYa, spoke to him today and the conversation sounded just like the one you had a couple of months ago. He was very vague in everything I challenged him on. My interpretation was that everything rests on Philly. Marriott has not paid him because there are "glitches" and he claims that the glitches need to be fixed by the hotel and not by Tivus.
There is no dream team for now (also my interpretation) and they will come on board once Philly is a done deal.
My overall feeling is that everything is frozen until he gets paid by Marriott. I also spoke to Marriott Philly and they confirm that the system is up and running in most rooms, but there are "glitches". They did not want to elaborate more than that.
When challenged about finances, his defensive response was "we just released Q1" I wanted to congratulate him for the quality statements released but I held back.
He also said that PRs were coming "soon".
My conclusion is that this is not scam, but I see less than a 5% chance that there will be light at the end of the tunnel. He simply has nothing positive to report and that's why we are not seeing PRs of any substance with the exception of the Carribean expansion of course (which in my opinion is a desperate attempt to raise money), LMFAO!

SeeYa, that's exactly what his tune sounded like when I spoke to him a couple of weeks ago (the "bring it on" crap). Problem is we are now 3 months later and nothing has changed. Come to think about it, it's now been a year since he announced that he had a 5 year multi million dollar contract with Host.
This conference call on the 21st of August will be huge. I'm not saying it will be good or bad, I'm just saying that we will know exacly where we stand.
If Shiva says "in the near futute, coming soon" or anything along those lines, he has proved to everyone that he is a fraud.
If he says "we signed" and backs it up with a formal PR, we're in business.
The ball is in your court Shiva. I personally think you are full of sh*t, but prove me wrong and I will come there, get on my knees and kiss your behind.
