SeeYa, did he mention what ST is doing? I get a little nervous that SP didn't seem to be more forthcoming on what ST was bringing to the table, and I am assuming by his laugh that you got the impression that ST was still with Tivus. I hate to ask that, but I don't want to take anything for granted.

See r3, my doubts are rubbing off on you ;-) The ungagging of the TA was a very good step by Shiva. Now it can be checked every couple of weeks to see what Shiva's burn rate is, assuming it stays ungagged.

I still think Shiva is a bold faced liar but ungagging the TA adds a little interest for me. A few more positive steps and maybe I'll take a starter position at $0.0001.
