I agree. When the news hits of the Next 1 Realty spin off, we should see a nice pop. I'd say back to .001.

If that ends up working, then we may see some improvements in NXOI's bottom line (like actual revenues). We'll have to wait and see how profitable the Real Estate model model is.

I agree, don't sell down here. Unless you really need some cash elsewhere, I would hold a bit longer. This thing went from no volume this morning to over 24 mil & hit 5. Let's see what happens eod and eow.
