That 19 mio that you state is not the revenue for 2012 its the
"PV MV +Cash" The revenue that they state in model is $1.1 as stated on page 12 of the report.

The PV MV + CASH is an accounting valuation of the present value, and the market value of replacement. IF you google these terms it might this clearer.

IMHO- it's not clear in the their accounting lingo
