As mentioned some people had trouble submitting on her web site and one of my fellow workers was experiencing the same. I'd like to think the site was getting so many hits by those of us interested in sharing thoughts on BIEL that the server couldn't handle it. The more the Senator is informed and aware of BIEL's unique product qualities the more she will be apt to use her political power to move this forward. In fact someone needs to send her a patch to get really acquainted!
