Perhaps not. There are delivery requirements though, unless they have certs they robbed from the TA.

How are you going to trade them sup? If there are no FTDs being recorded......then there are NO naked shorts.......once you realize this then you would stop thinking it is being shorted......and start to realize it is being dumped out. If you do sell naked shares then there would be FTDS....there are no FTDs here.....next
