Well, if they ultimately fail with FDA, then that wouldn't be such a bad thing. They wouldn't be able to piece anything out without the patents going with anyway. No reason to keep Acti and Allay if they can't get them cleared.
It should get interesting from there. The end game will come soon. Either way, it has been and will continue to be an interesting ride with BIEL. Let's see how much clout the Senator, the IG and BIEL has now.
