that's the problem with a gov't controlled system

it's a state issue according to the constitution

moxa....a political favor or pay-off is vastly different from putting phony companies in place to bilk the system...

but....let's not argue over which method of cheating is worse or more prevalent....

I think we can agree that the system is broken and corrupt....

IMO....the correct approach is to reset the system.....

reset means to get it away from politicians.....get insurance away from the notion its "healthcare"....and, return to the concept of "major medical insurance" to defray costs.....

the role of the state should be participation in covering the extremes.....

that means.....the state should assist the truly destitute.....and, at the other extreme, the state should participate in defraying the cost of catastrophic illness in order that families do not go bankrupt if a family member meets with medical tragedy....
