I absolutley agree criminal & fraud charges are due against Brian & company. This has gone on way too long and Brian has majorily failed in his fiduciary duties to shareholders, PERIOD.

For, however many times now, he has changed the direction of a so-called business plan and misrepresented or just plain lied about plans to sucker people into buying worthless shares.

An now, there's absolutely no solid foundation for ANY business related to HIS representation of what shareholders bought into. Again, plain & simple fraud.

The ONLY thing left are hints of his next scheme, as reflected in the financial.

So yep, sign me up for the class action so this can end once & for all!
