Anyone here an attorney or know one who's good in the area of Directors and Officers' liability? IMO someone on behalf of the shareholders might inquire about this. Not ambulance chasin' (see my last post - I bought the line of crap) but this can't continue. If it's not fraud it's negligence at best. ALL IMO
