Haydro, There is no evidence of taking this private that I have seen and I don't beleive they will.

If they diluted and drove the price to 0.0001 the buy back for
2B/2 or 1,000,000,000 at $0.0001 would be less than 100k

They didn't dilute therefore they now would have to buy less than 1B/2 or 500,000,000 shares for around 0.006 or around 300k

If they were going private they could have saved 200k by driving down the share price there are many examples of this on I-Hub.
