#4883 RE: shaleguy #4882

I simply received an email that was not requested.

I am not witholding information, I just do not feel authorized to distribute it.

Since I am neither buying nor selling stock in Tirex at all, I cannot be guilty of trading on insider information.

I believe that others have received this email as well as myself, and are not coming forward for some unknown reason.

There is no reason that I should have been the only one to receive this announcement.

I reiterate, for there to be a crime, you have to trade on non-public information. Ask our friend Martha Stewart, she knows.

http://www.sec.gov/answers/insider.htm

PARTIAL QUOTE from link above : "Illegal insider trading refers generally to buying or selling a security, in breach of a fiduciary duty or other relationship of trust and confidence, while in possession of material, nonpublic information about the security. Insider trading violations may also include "tipping" such information, securities trading by the person "tipped," and securities trading by those who misappropriate such information."

As I said I am not trading on inside knowledge at all. NOT TRADING!

I remain mystified, but I am not an insider, and I am not authorized to make announcements on behalf of Tirex.

Will the others who received this email also, come forward please? Please?
