If you and any principal of a publicly traded company are exchanging insider information in the form of private messages of any kind with respect to the business or investment status of that company without that same information having been broadcast simultaneously to all members of the trading community then you and that person are, in my opinion, guilty of stock fraud. Think about it. Are you withholding any information received privately from any officer of any company regarding the investment status of any publicaly traded company?
