I'll help you out here. Things have not been good with OPMG since July 2011.

Bieber signed onto OPMG 1 year ago. His contract involves promoting PhoneGuard in a positive manner as follows: a minimum of 12X Tweets on Twitter, a minimum of 12X posts on his FaceBook page, a PSA film, and I believe a prominent banner/stage display at all of his concert performances throughout the year. His contract has an option to extend an additional 2 years. His 1 year term expired 02 May 2012, and no official announcement has been made by the company as to whether or not he has extended or withdrawn. It is very possible he has withdrawn (see Braun, negative #12 below).

PhoneGuard promotion that we got from Bieber (per contract):
1) One tweet saying "Phoneguard"
2) An intro video about the product with the RAB (Remember Alex Brown) foundation
3) A PSA which came later than promised by management

What we did not get from Bieber (per contract):
1) 11X more Tweets
2) 12X Facebook posts
3) Promotion from any of his concert appearances

Positive milestones:
1) Jump in PPS when PhoneGuard announced the partnership with Bieber
2) Jump in PPS when Bieber Tweeted the word "Phoneguard"
3) A high PPS of .0975 in July 2011 for the anticipated and announced product launch

Negative milestones:
1) No product launch in July 2011
2) A steady decline of PPS since July 2011
3) An announcement of a partnership with AON (still unexplained) has yeilded no progress or further announcement
4) An announcement of partnership with Cellairis (still unexplained) has yeilded no progress or further announcement
5) A conference call yeilded many promises from management, none of which have been realized
6) CES 2012 appearance did not yeild the PSA that was promised and Phoneguard shared Celllairis's booth...2 carboard displays and a very unprepared video interview by a company non-spokesman
7) PSA was not properly exposed/promoted in any media other than Youtube and PhoneGuards website
8) Announcement of acquiring Illume Software ended in termination; in turn...ended up with a license to sell Illume software
9) Leo Hindery (google his name) resigns as BOD
10) Announcement of sponsorship of the April 28 2012 Rock 2 Live Fest ending up as a postponed event, rescheduled for fall 2012
11) Company's FaceBook and Twitter pages have been silent for months
12) BOD "Braun" resigns same day as Biebers intial contract terminates (Braun is father of Bibers agent)
13) 03 May 2012, new 52-week PPS low
14) Fill in the blank....I am sure many here can add on to the negatives list

With Braun gone, I am not optimistic about Bieber staying, BUT...
FACTS:
1) Bieber had started and performed his PhoneGuard work prior to Braun being a BOD
2) Bieber did NO PhoneGuard work while Braun was a BOD
3) All Bieber related material released while Braun was a BOD had been photographed and filmed before Braun was involved

Questions for speculation:
1) Why wasn't Braun involved when Bieber signed from the beginning?
2) Is it possible that Braun was needed to cover for Bieber who was at the time a minor? (he is 18 now)
3) What was Braun's true purpose as a BOD?
4) Was there a conflict of interest between Braun Sr. and Braun Jr.(s) and their charity work with Bieber?
5) Will Braun be replaced?

I have been involved with OPMG for about 51 weeks and have followed the events daily (sometimes minute-by-minute) at the peak of action moments. This company needs to pull a rabbit out of the hat (months ago really). The latest 8K sent the PPS into triple zeros. There is talk about starting a class-action lawsuit based on misleading statements from the company and gross negilgence in truthful communication to investors.

The company needs to get its act together...either with Bieber or without. We wait for news or a PR (good or bad) regarding current developments. I hope this helps. Anyone, feel free to add to this...good or bad. All of this is my opinion, do your own DD, and any/all other opinions are valid at this point. Good luck.

poker, they didn't have enough money to keep the lights and phones on through the end of the month with a $3.2 million market cap. They have about $880k market cap before trading opens today. Im pretty sure in my opinion that they are looking for a storage unit to hold their office furniture this week. There are only two guys in that office, and at least one of them is playing golf today

I got in this at .012 and thought it was a multibagger also. It went up 50% the next day and has been in a steady decline since then. I averaged down to .0084 and have finally reached the bottom at an average of .0067 and you can see it is at 1/8th of my average. Lets just say your downward distance isn't much while the upward potential is good. However I have been here 4 months and heard nothing from the company that amounted to anything they are doing for their money. If you have $500 you are not worrying about throw it at this but get ready to lose it as IMO they intend to take this to nothing and then buy it out for pennies for the whole thing and I don't mean pennies per share. REad the agreements and you will see the shareholders are not going to get anything at the bottom line until the 3 major holders get about 60% of the company first. OPMG has great potential if they would market to the right people, parents and insurance companies. $20 per year is cheap insurance to help find your lost/stolen child and turn their phone off when driving.
