exactly. I mean BIEL wraps leave a little to be desired and putting the device in an Ace wrap would further enhance the product quality.

Ah, but timing on acquisitions is everything. If I am looking at it I would not jump now for fear of a war. Time is on the buyer's side now. Andy is hurting for funds, but not hurting enough to drastically reduce his price.
