Albert Lacle is not as impressive as I first thought, imho. Evidence shows he has a trait similar to that of Sabir Saleem, not paying bills.

Mr. Lacle is head of Key Management Group and is associated with HTM Hospitality & Tourism International Management Group.

Those companies appear impressive but they must be struggling if Mr. Lacle has problems paying bills. Mr. Lacle owns a house in Smithville (Galloway) NJ and public records show he hasn't paid bills on time for that residence.

For example,

The Towne of Historic Smithville Community Assn Inc. placed a lien on the property for unpaid charges totaling $2,272.46 on October 3, 2011, and for unpaid charges totaling $1,274.46 on March 29, 2011.

On occasion, $300+ sewer taxes have not been paid on time.

Not an impressive background.
