Take a look at when the merger was announced: May 4th 2011

It is almost 1 year to the day.

In fact the deal was made on April 27th 2011 ... this stock started to move on April 27 2012

Might be worth it to hang on and see if anything happened on April 27 2012 (other than the change to Peter Scalia III).

I think the float is small and the trading proves it.

Perhaps we should keep this quiet and hope more people fold?
