So I wander if the deal fell through were the 300,000,000 shares ever issued because they should not be issued if the deal didnt go through and that would make the O/S even lower http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=75138101
And the deal was announced cancelled in 2011 and the last filing was in 2010 http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PLBI/financials so we dont know if they were in fact returned but would almost have to assume they were even thou there was no filings.Heck surely he wouldnt of let them keep control of the company by keeping the 300,000,000 shares
That would make the O/S 127,378,381 if the 300 mil got returned
