Thanks for the unpleasant update, John. I didn't see how they could send out thousands of new notices and ever dream of evaluating the new claims by April 30.. We'll be lucky to see this resolved in 2012.

I guess my friend's son was right when he said Jarvis showed him just one of Jarvis bank statements back in 2009 with over $3 million on it. That was after he paid 1 million cash down payment on the bowling alley and over 2 million cash on that big house. Needless to say all the expensive cars, hookers and drugs.
