VERT has to sell a certain amount. He makes his money from the selling and the volume fees. His job is to create volume. He moved back a minute ago after 200K. He keeps moving back on good pressure. That's what he's been doing the past few days. Lately he's even given the bid a chance to move up, feeling out the buyers. No one is bidding, so he whacks it down to find the equilibrium point, to get buyers going again. We need a PR.
