i face the same delima,if you're hesitant to buy on the ask ,the least thing is to buy at the bid,at least those flippers and MMS wont acquire those shares you buy to continue their games.

i recently bought 1,050,000 shares @.0030 and iam ignoring the .0026 of today and looking forward to the .01 ANDI will be(at least) by the end of this yr.
