I view this as failing and running away with your tail between your legs. Clark didn't join up as an "interim" Chairman, which is now how this is being spun. He came on board with presumed (and heavily intonated) connections and abilities. The extent of those abilities and connections is what? The La Jolla financing? He doubled the number of outstanding shares, mostly to his cronies, and diluted our shares substantially while delivering nothing. This was not a successful Chairmanship and for the company to express it as one is deceitful.
