Hello Mickybritt, I am long term investor as you are.
However, Clontz did not purchase so called in open market. He paid only $ 11.69 per share, much cheaper price than open market price.
I do agree that it shows condifence level that he will make money much more than prevailing stock price.
These management folks are shark. They buy when stock is rock bottom and also gets bonuses.
They dont desereve any bonuses, their should be mechanism to take away option if stock is performing very poorly as this case here.
However, I appreciate your effort to place massages in the board.
