Not only that, now class 21 will get its statement ahead of 19 by May 31st. This is so weird. I wonder if this is because now preferred has to split any leftover money with commons 75/25 and so preferred is now kind of "degraded" to class 22 because you cannot pay one and not pay the other.

That is because Class 19 "settled" with a portion of their claim as part Class 12, 18 and 21.

That is the only reason.

Class 19 and 22 will receives theirs are the same time because Willingham settled it that way (75/25 split).
