My guess of how JBII was placed on the SEC's radar is far, far different - to insinuate that the mis-statements of valuation for the media credits set off monitoring bells @ the SEC offices by themselves, without first being brought to their attention by a third party who had basically written the complaint for the SEC and then pressed them for action is a HUGE leap of faith.......even for you, Rev....LOL

Nice thing about discovery is that all that info comes out - we'll see who actually got the ball rolling here. Should be interesting.
