Bordy might as well have painted himself as a red target and then poked a sleeping bull in the eye. The financial monitoring equipment at the SEC probably exploded after Bordy restated the financials. He couldn't have been more obvious in bringing the SEC suit upon himself and he has no one else to blame.

As for the eventual outcome, I guess we'll have to wait and see if the bull succeeds in goring the diminutive psychopath.
