This crossed my mind yesterday and makes a lot of sense imo.

Apple signed the nominal contract only because they intended to use Infineon basebands, IMO. Therefore, they are unlikely to renew without litigation, which will not be ripe for filing until the current agreement expires.

What gives? I am completely stunted when you make that statement as if it was factual?! But base on what evidence you made that assessment?


Or you are saying it to stir up sentiment? And you let everyone known that you are true 'long? You invests in IDCC even though you know for sure APPLE is going to litigate?
