The issue is whether the processor has the ability to host an MTM... and as far as I know, Intel doesn't have that capability.

Without that capability Intel is excluded from joining a soon to be standard trust infrastructure. ARM has set the standard... and MSFT joined that standard with Windows 9 RT

That is what matters!
