negotiating a license agreement? LOL! with a defunct company? How can CTCC negotiate a license agreement with a company whose corporate papers are REVOKED?!?

One good thing: CTCC shareholders won't have to pay to bring STEP's papers up to date.

I do believe that when he wrongfully filed the form 15-15D and then either filed -- or pretended to file -- the Form 15 that displayed on the STEP website, Donald MacIntyre inserted himself into the whole CTCC/Taylor/Smuda mess -- RIGHT UP TO HIS NECK!!
