The part that really irks me is I could have sworn that Pr in Feb said all dilution was cut off for at least 6 months. I will have to go back and reread that. But pretty sure that is correct. So what happened to that? That does not build trust. Man, 50 M diluted in a little over a month is not the way to help your stock.
that is not the problem...50 mil shares is nothing...the problem is the company is more concerned about selling shares than actually doing something positive...weeks between pr's does nothing but put blips in the chart...just look at HBR m they doubled their share structure then ran the stock to dump em out...RTGV should take a page out of their book before they wake up selling at much lower prices
