The shares were priced at .015, so they weren't open market buys, but private.

The O/S post R/S was 4,897,313.

On Mar 21, the O/S was 5,548,766.

Gary Berthold and Sharon Berthold are married and for the purposes hereof are considered to beneficially together own 30,090,027 common shares.

Obviously, the O/S has increased a tad. ( :

That's one reason it took the Bertholds 3 months to report this Form 4.
