We all forget Brian Rosen sold WMI to JPM for nothing!!!!! Creditors or SNH wanted the company and the shares so they sold there preferred shares for bonds to put them higher in the totem pole that puts them on the table. Brian Rosen sold them information and then allowed JPM to get more control......Judge Mattress did not do a thing about it or really cares.......
